RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Returns and exchanges are permitted within the first 15 days after receiving your order. Due to hygiene and COVID-19 reasons, we do not accept returns on lingerie, cosmetics, or face masks.
No returns are accepted for items that are damaged or deteriorated, and they must be returned in their original packaging.

Please send your order number, full name, and original payment method used for the purchase, along with photos showing the defect caused by shipping or transport. Thank you.
You will be provided with a FREE RETURN LABEL and must send it to any GLS office in your city. Pack it well and take a photo of the returned package; send that photo along with the email or WhatsApp message you sent for the return.
Once we receive the package, we will proceed to review it and within one or two days we will contact the customer to inform them of the resolution.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. It will take no more than 2 business days, depending on the payment method used. Thank you.
SHIPPING POLICY:
- Shipments will be made by GLS, a delivery company trusted by our company.
All shipments and returns will be processed through the same method. We do not accept any other shipping or return method. Thank you.
Deliveries to the peninsula take one to three business days.
Outside of Spain, ten to fifteen days, thank you.
